The beginning of the Bodybuilding giants duel is near. On 16-17 September, will take place the biggest professional bodybuilding contest of the year: Mr. Olympia 2011.
The competition was created in 1965 by Joe Weider, known as one of the bodybuilding parents. Since then, the bodybuilding advanced enormously. The bodies of athletes attending the competitions have reached such incredible dimensions, in conjunction with vascular and skeletal systems worthy of anatomy textbooks.
At this year’s competition of Mr. Olympia, big favorites are Jay Cutler, Phil Heath, Dennis Wolf Kai Greene, Victor Martinez and Cedrick McMillan.
Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman won eight titles each, Arnold Schwarzenegger won seven, and Dorian Yates six.
Jay Cutler, who competes this year, won the trophy four times in five years.
